We joined others by creating images that had to overcome language barriers between someone in need and someone trying to support. In order for everyone to be able to grasp what challenges people en route and their helpers face, we received tips and requests from professionals, volunteers as well as activists from around the world.
All of the work is done pro-bono. But when a helper sent us this we were paid in joy:
“Just wanted to let you know that your idea is in use at a shelter for unaccompanied minors in Münster/Germany. They really appreciate the work you did and you are saving them valuable minutes each day (!) having to explain how the toilet works. This really is just what we need! Thank you! :)”
We hope all refugees will find a nice place to stay and are able to grab hold onto their (temporarily) new lives.
